Profile Overview:
As a Lead – Business Analyst, you will be responsible for leading a team of business analysts and playing a critical role in shaping and optimizing our business processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of business analysts, fostering their professional growth and success.
- Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to elicit, document, and analyze business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Data Analysis: Utilize data analysis techniques to discover patterns, trends, and actionable insights to guide business decisions.
- Process Improvement: Identify and recommend opportunities for enhancing business processes, systems, and workflows to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Project Management: Manage and oversee business analysis activities for projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating business needs into technical requirements.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that solutions align with business requirements and meet quality standards through testing and validation.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes, requirements, and system configurations.
Desired Specifications & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6-7 yrs of proven experience as a Business Analyst, including leadership responsibilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Project management experience, including familiarity with project management tools.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and standards.
